Cummins PT pumps The PRECISION 777 Test Stand also incorporates features that enable A.F.C. pumps and pumps fitted with aneroid valves to be tested. To comply with latest standards, the flow meters are calibrated again at factory to ensure optimum accuracy.

Injector Comparator Precision 555
The Injector comparator Precision 555 was designed and built to provide rapid & accurate testing of all Cummins PT injectors. Precision 555 comparator is fully compatible with international test standards. Speed of Operation The metering cylinder burrete of the Injector comparator PRECISION 555 permits injector output to be measured accurately over as few as 100 ‘strokes’can be pre set from 100 strokes to 1200 strokes in multiples of 100 strokes, in addition to rpm ,it also indicates & displays the total no of strokes completed by the cam box. Accuracy The Injector Comparator PRECISION 555 fitted with 1.5 h.p. motor ,working at 1000 r.p.m. Test oil temperature is maintained to within plus or minus 1°c, injector clamping pressure is controlled according to clamping cyl diameter and maintained thru automatic control valve test oil pressure is automatically controlled at 100 psi Can test all major Cummins PT injectors,which are presently available in the market. Quick changes of cams thru shifter lever,no time waste inchanging of cams, long adaptors and extensions to handle different injectors. Servicing Test oil and filters can easily be changed. The Mobile Test Unit is boon for diesel pump service stations to test Cummins PT pumps on existing test benches, as long as it meets the necessary power rpm requirements. The will handle the latest versions with higher flow rating of Cummins pumps. The Mobile Test Unit includes all of the essential features of the Precision 222 Test Unit. A diverse range of moubtings and couplings are available to enable the mobile unit compatible to be used with the test benches working throughout the world. The Mobile Test Unit can also be supplied with an optional heating system for maintaining test oil specifications along with AFC Test Unit. Main Features: - Uses an existing test bench to drive the Cummins PT pump thru appropriate mounting bracket & drive coupling.
